Presently, ADHC of Fresno and Clovis has the following open positions:

Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities:

The RN shall coordinate, administer, and supervise the provision of all nursing and personal care services to program participants at ADHC.

The RN shall conduct all nursing assessments, monitor health problems of center participants, and create nursing care plans.

The RN shall provide health education and counseling to program participants and their families, conduct health related training to ADHC staff and volunteers, and serve as nursing consultant.

The RN shall refer program participants to appropriate healthcare providers in the community and serve as a liaison with such organizations.

The RN shall serve as a key member of the Multidisciplinary Team that provides: Professional Nursing, Social Services, Therapeutic Activities, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Mental Health, and Dietary services to program participants.

Required license and certification:

Current unrestricted RN license in the state of CA and First Aid/CPR Certification

Job schedule:

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm (no nights, no weekends).

Preferred experience:

Geriatrics or healthcare related field (1 year or more).

Preferred languages:

Hmong or Spanish.


Staff Accountant:

The duties and responsibilities of Staff Accountant shall include:

Review and control the approval process on check requests, expense reports and other disbursements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as internal control requirements. Responsible for the daily/weekly/monthly posting and reconciliation process of all A/P related accounts/transactions. Process check requests and prepare weekly check runs, including positive pay uploads files. Support all intercompany payables postings/analysis. Perform all tasks to complete the monthly A/P close process on time. Maintain policies, procedures and work instructions for review and approval of the Program Director and recommend modifications to existing corporate policies and procedures. Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies. Maintain accurate and complete files and documentation in accordance with company policies and accepted accounting practices. Support with both external and internal audits. Provide backup payroll processing. Research and resolve payroll queries in a timely manner including the processing of manual checks as necessary. Create and produce payroll and management reports. Responsible for accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics PLUS one (1) year experience as Finance Manager, Accountant, CFO, or Payroll Specialist
